We are industry veterans with over 30 years of experience in fine home remodeling, restoration, tenant improvement, complete additions, and certified home inspection. We are a licensed, bonded and fully insured California General Contractor. While we do larger jobs, we are never too proud to take on new clients and help with the smaller projects . If it can be improved, we do it! Cal-Spec offers experience, knowledge and genuine interest in our clients' peace-of-mind and satisfaction. Much of our business stems from word-of-mouth advertising which is very gratifying.
